This week Steelwrist have been fitting a tiltrotator to our SV100 2 piece boom machine.
This 10 tonne excavator has already been found to improve lifting, moving and placing loads using its innovative 2 piece boom system. This in turn will increase productivity and reduce job times.
However with the addition of a tiltrotator the machines versatility increases again. In a previous post which highlighted the relationship between Yanmar and Steelwrist it was shown that productivity on a standard machine can be up to 30% greater, on this machine that will be higher.
The SV100 2pb is fitted with an X12 tiltrotator as it's designed for an excavator or a backhoe loader with an operating weight between 7 and 12 tons. Steelwrist say that "your machine converts from being only a standard earth moving tool into a versatile platform that excels your work with any attachment" with the addition of one of their rotators.
The extra ordinary tilt capabilities offered with a bi-directional tilt angle of 45°, coupled with the high torque rotation, make sure to bring out the best of your machine and your tools.
You will be able to see this complete setup at ScotPlant 2016 as well as Hillhead in June. It currently has a grading bucket with a rear gripper cassette added, there is also the option to have pallet forks attached.
